Holistic Wellbeing Consultation is a process that facilitates healthy, sustainable behaviour change by challenging a client to listen to their inner wisdom, identify their values, and transform their goals into action. A person may utilize a Wellbeing Consultant to create a healthy vision for improving energy, sleep, reducing stress, creating a healthy life balance, reducing weight, improving movement, nutrition and lifestyle.

A wellbeing consultation assist’s in raising awareness and generating responsibility and then making – “the choice to commit to take action”.

Holistic Wellbeing Consulting takes the approach that the client already knows what to do and the facilitator is there to help facilitate the client’s vision into weekly and monthly goals to generate results of health, wellness and fulfilment.
